Joffrey's Costa Rican La Amistad organic ground coffee is roasted from beans grown on a large family owned estate located in the extreme south of Costa Rica on a mountainside. Fresh water that runs from the rain forest to the farm is used for the washing process, and the beans are sun dried on cement patios. Our Costa Rican organic ground cofee has medium acidity with full body and flavor, and has a unique complexity and wonderful aroma with a delicious citrus note finish. Our La Amistad organic ground coffee is prized for its high level of acidity, excellent body, full flavor, and exhibits great complexity when roasted to a perfect medium roast. Taste our Passion!
